I have been successful in achieving my language learning goals and going from being monolingual to gaining over 10 years of experience in teaching Spanish across all levels- from Spanish 1 to Spanish for Heritage Learners to AP Spanish Language and Literature. I deciced to share my process with others who have a desire to achieve the same results. I created this journal to help you hold yourself accountable and be consistent with your Spanish learning practice so that you can really achieve the level of fluency you desire.
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced learner, each prompt can be completed by you according to your level. Within it, you will find several Spanish language-learning resources that are presented through engaging and thought-provoking prompts that you will be guided to complete over the course of 13 weeks. You will also find a Weekly Check-in page to be completed at the end of each week so that you can document your progress along the way.
This guided journal is undated so that you can begin your journey with Yaprendí at any point in the year and document your progress according to your schedule. In addition to amazing and helpful online resources, you will find sentence starters, a few vocabulary resources for absolute beginners and a few empty conjugation charts you are encouraged to complete on your own according to your current needs at different points throughout the journal.
