How do I return a rental for a refund?

To return your rental for a refund:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Choose "Manage Rentals/Returns".

3. Select the "Return for a Refund" button.

4. Select a reason for your return and then click “Print Label & Complete Return”.

To be eligible for a refund your book must be received in our facility within 25 days from the original ship date. For short-term rentals, items must be received in our facility within 15 days of the ship date. A refund will be posted to your original method of payment once your return is received and processed. Please note, it may take 3-5 business days after your return has been processed for the refund to be posted to your account.

Select the quantity you want to return and the reason for your return. See the "Return Total" for the total amount you should expect to be refunded. This amount is your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and the original and return shipping costs. Select the orange "Print Label and Complete Return" box.
