But the Council of Ten members see Soma and the rest of the first-years at the Momiji Meet ’n’ Greet as not worthy of their time and blow them off. As Soma leaves the meeting pondering ways to convince a council member to take him up on his challenge, Megumi mentions the upcoming school festival. Just what kind of scheme could Soma be cooking up this time?
