In the aftermath of their springtime kiss, Miyagi and Sendai find themselves returning to familiar dynamics. Miyagi gives the same orders she always has, and Sendai obeys without putting up any novel forms of resistance. And since the two have explicitly agreed not to see each other over holidays, their relationship seems bound to stagnate during their imminent summer vacation. That is, until Sendai floats the idea of being Miyagi’s home tutor for the duration of the break, and Miyagi accepts. Both girls know that spending this much time around each other could be dangerous while they’re still dancing around their feelings.
