The field of Clinical Nutrition continues to grow rapidly. Many veterinarians are now trying to incorporate nutrition into the health management of their patients. Currently the field is expanding at a faster pace than veterinary curriculums. Many practitioners have only minimal exposure to nutritional management education, and representatives of pet food companies provide much of this instruction.
