Jeff Beasley is with the Department of Engineering Technology and Surveying Engineering at New Mexico State University. Piyasat Nilkaew is a Network Engineer with fifteen years of experience in network management and consulting, and has extensive expertise in deploying and integrating multi-protocol and multi-vendor data, voice, and video network solutions on limited budgets.
