Summary

For the Win follows the adventures of four widely separated teenagers, each of whom is a talented player of massively-multiplayer online games, as they become involved in the difficulties that threaten to tear the world of virtual gaming reality apart. Eventually they will be thrown together as part of a conspiracy that includes children from all over the world, a conspiracy that brings them into contact with Mechanical Turks and union organizers, a gentle billionaire who is having a crisis of morals, and a host of game designers and quantitative economists who first try to chase them off their worlds, but end up rooting for them. All of them will form a conspiracy to crash the entire economy of every vitual world at once - a Ponzi scheme combined with a brilliant hack that ends up being the biggest, funnest game of all.
