Hillary Froning is a Christian, wife, mom, small business owner, and social media influencer. She and her husband Rich Froning (a professional Crossfit athlete and fitness celebrity named "The Fittest Man on Earth") have three adopted children -- Lakelyn, Trice, and Violet -- and live outside Nashville, TN.
