The Third Edition maintains the same organizational structure and focus on problem solving as the Second Edition. The textual explanation of the topics is expanded to provide more guidance to the novice in the area. Many of the problems are rewritten to help the novice learner focus on the important statutory and policy issues. Check 21 and the revised Regulations CC and J, as well as the new provisions in Regulation E are included in the revised text and problems. This book is focused on helping the student learn through reading the relevant statutory text and comments and repeatedly applying that primary material to problems.
