Carol Kennedy-Armbruster, is a lecturer in the fitness specialist programme within the department of kinesiology at Indiana University at Bloomington. With over 25 years of teaching and training fitness leaders, she has served on the American Council on Exercise and the American College of Sports Medicine. Mary M. Yoke, has more than 21 years of experience teaching and training group exercise leaders.
