Stephanie J. Morgan PhD is Principal Lecturer at Kingston University Business School. As a consultant at Crosslight Management she has advised private and public sector organizations on many aspects of work psychology. A background in IT Management included positions as National Sales and Marketing Manager for Philips TDS, Commercial Manager for Origin Benelux (now Atos Origin) and a Non-Executive Director for Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
