Most of our books are in used condition so we cannot guarantee that supplemental materials will be included with your book. This could include CD’s, access codes, access cards, flash cards, study guides, etc. If supplemental materials are included with your book, we cannot guarantee that they have not already been used. If you receive your book without these supplemental materials, they can typically be purchased separately from the publisher.
