It is an informal yet thorough guide that covers important concepts ranging from timing strategies to communication with coaches, and is relevant to all recruited sports in American colleges and universities.An alumnus of Choate Rosemary Hall Preparatory High School and a graduate of Middlebury College, Jeff Ferraro was a regionally and nationally-recognized soccer defender who was decorated with multiple All-State and All-WNEPSSA honors in high school. He went through the recruiting process for Division 1 and 3 universities, including schools in the Ivy League, NESCAC, ACC, and Patriot League. Through his recruiting experiences during one of the most competitive recruiting years in history, Jeff saw firsthand how cutthroat the process can be and learned the ins and outs of what it takes to have a successful recruiting experience, regardless of what high school you come from or what sport you play.
