Author Biography

Gouri Dhatt is Professor of Engineering at Lacal University in Quebec, Canada, the University of Technology of Compiegne (UTC), France and INSA Rouen, France. He is the co-author of various books on finite elements and their applications. Gilbert Touzot is Emeritus Professor having worked, since 1967, in computational mechanics at the University of Quebac, Canada, the University of Technology of Compiegne (UTC), France and INSA Rouen, France. He is currently President of the French National Digital University of Technology UNIT. Emmanuel Lefranois is currently Associated Professor at the University of Technology of Compiegne (UTC), France. His areas of expertise concern computer sciences for multiphysics applications and essentially for fluid-structure interactions and he teaches in the fields of computer science (finite elements) and fluid mechanics.
