What Should I Do If I Received A Damaged Textbook?
Knetbooks guarantees the integrity of the book; however if the item gets damaged in shipment or it comes to you in an unacceptable manner, please contact us immediately and explain what is wrong with the book. We will send you a new one if that one is not useable for the duration of the rental period.
