What If I Drop My Class Or My Class Gets Cancelled?
Please log in to your Knetbooks account and visit your "My Account" page. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts. A Knetbooks return shipping label will be provided for your return shipment. Items postmarked within 30 days of the original date of order are eligible for a full refund PLUS shipping fees and taxes!
