Christophe Marchand is a criminal defense attorney based in Belgium and a law professor at the Brussels Free University. He has given human rights and terror-law training to Moroccan judges, and he has defended a suspect in the 2004 Asparagus 2 bombing operation in Morocco. In addition to his solo legal practice, he teaches international law at the Free University of Brussels.
