Terry Eastwood is professor emeritus of the School of Library, Archival and Information Studies at the University of British Columbia. He is a Fellow of the Association of Canadian Archivists and the Society of American Archivists. Heather MacNeil is associate professor in the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto. She is the author of Without Consent: The Ethics of Disclosing Personal Information in Public Records.
