Both Sally Trew and Zonella Gould were born and raised in the great state of Texas. Sally was raised on a cattle and cutting horse ranch, while Zonella was raised on a farm. They didn't meet until early 2003, when Sally had made her first batch of soap and posted a question to a Yahoo! group of soap-makers. Zonella answered Sally's question, and their friendship began over a soap pot, so to speak.
