Business Ethics'major theme is that companies need to manage their ethics strategically. The financial case for business ethics is built early on. It then takes a strategic theme emphasizing the stakeholder approach to discuss business ethics issues. In examining these subjects, the book emphasizes three key aspects of the environment: the global aspect, the environmental/sustainable aspect and the strategic aspects.
