Dr. Zirpoli has taught behavior management and classroom management at McDaniel College; the Univeristy of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minessota; and the Univeristy of Virginia. He has written books and journal articles on basic behavior management, classroom management, and parenting. He has conducted hundreds of professional development trainings for teachers, K-12, on classroom management, as well as parenting workshops across the nation.
