Sid Garza-Hillman was born in Los Angeles, and was raised in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Houston. He graduated from UCLA in 1991 with a B.A. in Philosophy. For the next 15 years he worked as a Screen Actors Guild actor, appearing in principal roles in Arlington Road, City of Angels, Men in Black 2, ER, and Freaks and Geeks among others. During that time he was also the principal singer/songwriter for the critically acclaimed alternative-western band, the Sid Hillman Quartet. In 2009, Sid received certification as a Nutritional Consultant from the Global College of Natural Medicine in Santa Cruz, CA. He works with private clients and teaches classes through his practice Transitioning to Health, and is currently the staff nutritional consultant at the Stanford Inn in Mendocino, California.He currently lives on the Mendocino Coast with his wife, 3 children, two dogs, two horses, and two guinea pigs (White Rose and Pink Rose).
